Competition policy

The Global CFO Network, its subsidiaries and affiliates* acknowledges commercial competition is a key asset of national economies, national wealth creation and international trade. As a result, all our interactions are founded on the concept of fair competition between member companies.

It is a condition of participation in the Network that members agree they will at all times refrain from discussing information that could reasonably be regarded as confidential and/or commercially sensitive, where the exchange of such information could appreciably lessen competition in any industry, sector or geography. This includes, but is not limited to, non-public information regarding pricing, distribution, strategy, decision-making, and research and development.
