Digital transformation is a commonly-used term, but few Finance teams are actually best practice in using digital technologies to drive their understanding of the business and the levers they can pull to influence performance. Johnson & Johnson is an exception: as an early-adopter of artificial intelligence in Finance, the company has consistently set the standard for insight-driven Finance business partnering. Keyur Shah leads one of Johnson & Johnson’s three global FP&A Centres of Excellence, and has played a key role in operationalising data science to drive performance. Keyur will discuss some of the key investments the business has made, and the impact these have had on the delivery of Finance insights.
